WHAT I OFFER

Business Development / Turnaround Consulting

The number 1 killer of small businesses is lack of sales. Not a groundbreaking statement. But the #1 reason for lack of sales is a dysfunctional sales strategy, or insufficient manpower to execute said sales strategy. Every business requires a slightly different set of tools to succeed, all depending on your market, workforce, strengths/weaknesses, your cashflow, and your goals as an entrepreneur. I will spend the time to actually learn your business and provide business specific recommendations that are actionable for you and your team. I will follow up and work by your side to show your team how to execute on the plan.

At my last company I built a book of business to nearly $15,000,000 annual recurring revenue. We identified our “golden tickets” – the customers and the opportunities that were “must-haves” and would truly change the trajectory of our business, then we built products and services that made our company a no-brainer for those customers. I can help you find a way to do the same for your company, whatever industry you are in.

Sales and Growth Consulting

If you have a business that works and just not enough “boots on the ground” I can build out a team of commissioned sales reps to rep your brand or product. This is the easiest, low-risk way for entrepreneurs who have everything else handled to scale their business. You pay commission only when we are successful.

I have systems and methods for interacting with customers that break down barriers, disarm objections, and bring customers “to the table”. I use a collaborative approach that makes potential customers feel like partners and peers. It’s how I’ve won millions of dollars of sales from customers who come back year after year to buy. Contact me today with a summary of what you sell and I will provide a free consultation to see if your product or brand is a fit for what I do.

Industry Specific Wood Moulding Consulting

I spent the majority of my career in a niche market as a manufacturer to the online picture frame, wall art markets. I sold over $45 million of product. Chances are, if you bought a picture frame online, my company probably manufactured some of the components for it.

Because of this, I have first hand knowledge of how this industry operates. I also have experience in product development for this space – the first dollars I made in this business were products I designed and manufactured on my own in my garage which is when I decided to go all-in to the wall art market. Combined industry knowledge and product development were what made the difference and set my company apart.

If you are in this market I’d love to talk to you to understand your business and how you can scale your business by combining industry strategy with new product ideas.
